I don’t understand why picking nail polish is so difficult! I’ve been out of the loop for so long that I have no idea what colors and styles are new or “trendy” now…is it too early for bright summer polishes??
So much Valentine’s Day nail art on my dash but oh no guys I can’t paint my nails until I figure out what lingerie I’m wearing to match!!! Jk I’ll probably leave them unpainted and naked. Wait a second…
I think my nails are pretty crazy (even after 9 days) but unfortunately my hair is doing something a little crazier, dammit

Thank you! Which ones are you referring to? I’ve done several in the past :B BUT, in general, for lace I use the black Sally Hansen nail art pen.
I have to admit that the pens are pretty crappy…so instead of using it normally, I end up pushing the tip into a piece of paper so that the ink explodes in a puddle, and then dip the pen tip into the ink to draw on my nails.
As for lace patterns themselves, I can’t really help you there! Practice drawing a couple different ones. Loops, dots, curls, crosshatches, you can look online for ideas but make sure you find something you like and won’t have too much trouble replicating on your nail!
The shortest-lasting manicure ever inspired by the VS lotion my little sister just gave me, yum! Too bad I cleaned my nails within two hours of doing them, haha.
I haven’t done lace in a while, but boy oh boy do I like it.

Thank you! I have a sort-of tutorial here for some other rose nails I did (no step-by-step pictures, though). It’s kind of hard to explain how because I just do them so that they’ll look nice overall and my method changes each time!
